Bound by the prison of my addiction.

Hi, my name is Misty Hernandez 51, all glory goes to God. When I called out to God to help get out of the life I was living, I was arrested two weeks later. I ofted say I wasn’t arrested I was rescued. I had been on the run for over three years, and I wanted it to end. After leaving prison on parole, I knew that I couldn’t do it alone. I know it was God who opened the door for me to come to Freedom in Christ. Here at Freedom in Christ I’ve experienced the love I’ve been searching my whole life. That was the love of God my father. The emptiness I once felt was finally filled with the love of Jesus my Savior. I’m no longer bound by the prison of my addiction, and I have learned that I’am greatly and unconditionally loved as I now see myself through the eyes of God. Not only has God restored me but he has restored my relationship with my daughter and my brother. In addition I get to be a grandma to a beautiful baby girl. (Joel 2:25) “So I will restore to you the years that the locust devoured” And He truly has. Now I can finally be the mom I wasn’t able to be. I am the grandma that is breaking the generational curse the enemy had put on my family. With the help of God first but also with the help of this ministry I finally have a hope and a future. Not just for me but for my family as well. JESUS IS THE ONLY ANSWER. Yes, and Amen. Praise be to God! (Jeremiah 29:11)
