Julio Chavez Testimony

Since being here at Freedom  in Christ Residential Center Odessa, I have gained so much of what I lost and new things I never had in the Lord. The freedom to praise and worship my Heavenly Father in song and in obedience and in service to others. I have peace that surpasses all understanding and joy that won’t make sense to the world, a Love that can’t be bought, earned, or traded. Jesus Christ Loves me and pursues me, Looks for me and calls me; I hear His voice, feel His love, see His face and feel His presence. The life I lived before is gone, the man who came into Freedom in Christ is no more. I have been made new and I’m growing and running to my Heavenly Father. Hebrews 11:1 says what is faith? Faith gives substance to our hope, and makes us certain of realities we do not see. My hope is in Jesus and although I don’t know what tomorrow looks like I know He is going with me. If you get anything out of this testimony I pray it is this Jesus wants to walk with you. He calls You by name, He runs towards you, and He loves You! Amen
